Real change begins with understanding.
Therapy helps you see
the patterns shaping your anxiety.

The way I work is shaped by a belief that anxiety deserves understanding, not pressure to disappear.
If you’re here, you likely recognize that anxiety isn’t just something to manage. It’s been shaping how you think, decide, and move through your life. Many of the people I work with are capable and thoughtful, accustomed to holding a great deal together, yet internally on edge.
My role is to help you slow the process down, examine what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop a steadier relationship with anxiety rather than staying locked in constant resistance.
How I Approach Therapy
Therapy works best when it is thoughtful, grounded, and deliberate. My role is not to rush symptom relief, but to help you understand the underlying patterns so change becomes sustainable.
Our work is structured and intentional. I take this responsibility seriously — clinically, ethically, and relationally. Care is informed by training, experience, and close attention, not generic strategies.
You can expect a space that is steady and direct. We move at a pace that allows for depth without losing clarity. Together, we examine the expectations, patterns, and experiences that shape how you respond under pressure.
The goal is not perfection or constant calm. It is greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence in how you navigate demanding moments.
